They are currently seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Team Lead to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements in their Manchester office.

If you have a strong finance background, leadership experience, and expertise in SAP and Invoicetrack, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Accounts Payable Management:
✔️ Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes within defined SLAs.
✔️ Act as the first point of contact for AP manager queries and supplier investigations.

📌 Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring:
✔️ Define team priorities, delegate tasks, and monitor KPI achievement.
✔️ Conduct performance evaluations and provide development support for team members.

📌 Process Improvement & Automation:
✔️ Streamline and enhance accounts payable processes, including automation initiatives.
✔️ Identify opportunities for process alignment and improvement.

📌 Audit & Compliance Support:
✔️ Assist with audit requests and ensure financial reporting accuracy.
✔️ Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with suppliers and internal departments.

📌 Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis & Reporting:
✔️ Provide financial analysis and reporting for senior managers and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong finance background with experience in accounts payable leadership.
✅ Proficiency in SAP and Invoicetrack.
