Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in setting up and adjusting spring manufacturing machines under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Hand-coil certain parts as required for production.
• Support the production team in tasks such as machine setup, packing parts, and grinding operations.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of spring manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Work alongside skilled setters and engineers to gain hands-on experience in precision engineering.
