Cnc Programmer Setter Operator

Description:

As a CNC Programmer Setter Operator at IPP Stainless Steel Fasteners Ltd. (IPP-SSF), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of CNC machines in the manufacturing process. Your key tasks will include reading and interpreting technical drawings, programming CNC machines, setting up and operating these machines, and performing various milling and machining tasks. You will also monitor equipment to ensure precision and accuracy, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards, as the company specializes in producing certified, traceable bolting for a variety of industries. You will work with various materials, including stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloys, and titanium, to deliver products that meet specific customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings to understand project requirements

• Program CNC machines to perform machining and milling operations

• Set up and operate CNC machinery with attention to precision and accuracy

• Monitor equipment to ensure optimal performance
