As an Assistant Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional client service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the counter. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, presenting and selling merchandise through professional makeup applications, and building a loyal client base with consistent follow-up practices. Additionally, you will manage counter operations, including sales analysis, product orders, tester replacements, and monthly returns. You will also oversee scheduling, partner with supervisors to plan seasonal strategies, and act as a brand ambassador by developing relationships across the store.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail cosmetics management

• Competence with standard business equipment and computer use

• Availability to work weekends (mandatory)

• Previous clientele base will be considered a plus
