Bdr Manager

Description:

The sell a SaaS platform, which is an automation tool that provides a further layer of functionality to all Microsoft applications, and they are a Gold Microsoft partner. They sell this out to financial and professional services, with a particular focus on investment banks.

The role would be predominantly responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of 6 BDRs. The BDR Manager will:

• Work closely with the senior business development team to strategise on key accounts, industries and geographies
• Train, coach and mentor a team of 6 BDRs
• Help to create a fun, collaborative and high-performing team
• Look for opportunities to innovate and optimise lead generation

Required skills and experience:

• At least a 2:1 Undergraduate Degree or equivalent from a top-tier university or business school
• Leadership skills in line with our values: excellence, trust and happiness at work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong track record of individual performance in a SDR function
• Eligible to work in the UK
