Description:
You’ll work directly with our VP Sales, EMEA to shape and grow key events, supported by our Relationship Management and Client Services teams for project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell sponsorship across individual events and a wider portfolio
- Become a product specialist, driving the direction and development of assigned events
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects to grow the sponsorship client base and meet targets
- Deliver on new and repeat revenue goals for each event
- Develop and nurture key accounts and new business within the tech sector
- Attend and support event delivery across the EMEA region
- Source and develop qualified sales leads
- Prepare tailored sponsorship proposals
- Present custom marketing solutions to C-level executives (CEOs, VPs, etc.)
- Grow new clients into long-term key accounts across CDM Media’s portfolio
- Apply effective key account strategies to maximise client value
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in sponsorship sales or a similar role
- Exceptional communication and phone presentation skills
- Confident prospector with a strong business development mindset
- Positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about success
- Self-motivated with genuine drive and ambition
- Quick learner with an outgoing personality
