Business Development Director

I am currently working with a rapidly growing and leading RF and Microwave manufacturer who are seeking a Business Development Director. This is a great opportunity to be working alongside experts in the industry, with cutting edge technology, and global companies such as Starlink and SpaceX. This position is a work from home role, with the option to work hybrid with offices throughout the UK.

Responsibilities as Business Development Director include:

• Continue to drive growth in the EMEA region.
• Manage existing accounts by introducing new solutions and services.
• Identify trends and opportunities to develop innovating products and services, creating campaigns and sales channels to increase sales.
• Work closely alongside the technical team and colleagues to meet client needs.
• Around 25% of travel which can occasionally be international.

Business Development Director requirements:

• Engineering degree or related field.
• Experience selling RF and electronic subsystem solutions.
• Successful track record of generating new business and increasing market share.
• Experience leading business activities within RF electronics.
• Lead and closed high value projects worth £250k+
• Sold to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Aerospace and Defence clients.
