Business Development Intern

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our London team. This internship provides hands-on experience in both sales and rentals, client management, market research, and business development within the property sector. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and source both sales and rental properties through market investigation (landlords, developers, estate agencies, investors).

• Support pipeline growth via networking, email outreach, and market knowledge .

• Assist in presenting our services and value proposition to landlords, estate agents, buyers, and tenants.

• Support the deal cycle with clients: prepare documentation, review contracts, and coordinate execution.

• Conduct market analysis and prepare pricing proposals for sales and rental properties.

• Assist in negotiations on offers, renewals, and rental rates aligned with market trends.

• Communicate with landlords, agents, buyers, and tenants to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to onboard and close new properties efficiently.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Genuine interest in the London property market (sales & rentals) and client relationship management.
