Business Development Manager

Description:

Our client is a highly successful specialist property finance lender based in London. Continued growth has led to an opening for a Broker Consultant / Business Development Manager to focus on building and developing successful relationships with mortgage intermediaries across the UK. You will be responsible for onboarding new brokers, nurturing existing relationship to maximise opportunities within BTL and Bridging Finance lending.

The role will be home based but will be required to travel to London a few times a month. You will also have the opportunity to be involved with Roadshows and Exhibitions.

Experienced required:

• In-depth knowledge of BTL and / or Bridging Finance lending
• Must have business development experience working for mortgage packager or lender
• A background of successful relationship building / client management
• Excellent call handling, listening and influencing skills
• Proactive team player - ability to work on own initiative; solo and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the drive to succeed and deliver results
