Description:
LexeFiscal LLP, a boutique international tax and advisory firm, is seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of its client base and service offerings. This key role is designed for an individual who thrives in a consultative sales environment, understands the value of expert advisory services, and is motivated by building long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, businesses, and global families.
As a Business Development Manager, you will develop and execute business development strategies across target markets (UK, EU), build relationships with prospects, professional intermediaries, and referral networks, and lead outreach to entrepreneurs, scale-ups, and family offices in need of tax and advisory support. You will also support partners with proposal preparation, pitching new services, and representing LexeFiscal at events and networking sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand client base in target markets (UK, EU).
Build and maintain relationships with prospects, professional intermediaries, and referral networks.
Lead outreach to entrepreneurs, scale-ups, and family offices seeking tax and advisory services.
Assist partners with proposal preparation and pitch new services to potential clients.
Represent LexeFiscal at industry events, networking sessions, and online forums.
Collaborate on marketing content, thought leadership, and social media engagement.
Manage a live pipeline, track activity, and report using CRM tools.
Experience and Skills:
4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within professional services, particularly in tax, legal, consulting, or accounting.
Knowledge of international tax, structuring, or cross-border advisory is preferred but not essential.
Proven track record of converting leads into clients.
Strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
