Business Development Manager

Description:

A rapidly growing cybersecurity platform within a well-known consultancy is seeking a talented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their expanding sales team due to high demand for their services. The role focuses on Cyber Risk and Security Consulting Services, with a strong emphasis on new business generation and relationship building.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities, particularly within the Cyber Risk area. A key part of the role will involve outbound prospecting and account management, with a goal to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. You will be offered clear career progression, with the potential to move into leadership positions within 24 months, such as an Inside Sales role or Team Lead.

The company offers an excellent training and onboarding program, providing you with a solid understanding of their products. While basic technical knowledge in cybersecurity is an advantage, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business by identifying and creating qualified sales opportunities

• Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Achieve sales targets and consistently hit KPIs

• Work within a hybrid environment, balancing remote work and in-office presence

What You Need:

• At least 3 years of outbound prospecting experience within a security services company

• Proven track record of creating new business and hitting sales targets

• Experience in Cyber Risk or Security Consulting Services

• Strong skills in Account Management and Relationship Building

• Basic technical knowledge in cybersecurity is an advantage

• Motivation to grow within a rapidly expanding department
