Business Development Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Halifax for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this position will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and develop strategies for revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include prospecting leads, conducting pitches, closing sales, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure solutions align with client needs while ensuring seamless project execution.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proficiency in Sales, Client Prospecting, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management
  • Experience in Strategic Planning and Revenue Growth
  • Knowledge of Event Management, Exhibition Design, or Interior Solutions is a plus
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willing to travel as needed to attend events or meet clients
