Description:

Kabin is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its dynamic sales team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, conducting high-volume cold outreach, and managing initial lead qualification meetings. You will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline and contributing to Kabin's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily cold calls and create targeted email campaigns to generate leads.
  • Research and identify potential clients, including interior designers, to promote Kabin's soundproof solutions.
  • Suggest new markets and client types that align with Kabin’s offerings.
  • Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and connect them with sales executives.
  • Learn about client business needs to assess fit with Kabin's solutions.
  • Document activities and interactions in CRM software.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interest in sales with a focus on cold outreach strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for phone and email engagement.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
