- Execute on the company’s sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets across the region.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting prospects into valued customers.
- Nurture relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align on client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Communicate insights to internal teams, sharing feedback on customer preferences, emerging trends, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
What we're looking for...
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferred)
- Background in manufacturing or engineering, ideally within the medical device sector (OEM, CMO, or supplier experience preferred)
- Skilled in developing and executing effective sales plans
- Strong prospecting abilities with a track record of negotiating and securing new business opportunities
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for responding to customer needs and resolving issues
