Business Development Specialist

Description:

We are partnered with an SME company who are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their London team. They a strategic and execution-focused individual to drive the effectiveness of the business development (BD) across their company. This role will support the company’s growth by shaping and executing client growth plans while enabling consultant teams globally to deliver high-impact BD activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement client growth strategies in collaboration with leadership and consultant teams.
• Support and enhance BD activities across the company, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
• Provide insights, tools, and frameworks to improve BD execution and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to drive pipeline development and business expansion.
• Track and analyse BD performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

You will need:

• Proven experience in business development within finance, consulting, or professional services.
