Business Solutions Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable individual to join our well established, Social Care case management system, support and development team, for a fixed term of 12 months.

We currently use MOSAIC as our core Case Management system, and so a knowledge and understanding of this application would be desirable.

What you can expect to be doing:

The successful candidate will be required to:-

• Extract new business requirements from front-line social care teams
• Translate requirements into system development specifications
• Assist in the development of MOSAIC forms and workflows
• Lead on functional testing of new features
• Assist with business user acceptance testing
• Work closely with Business Intelligence and reporting team
