Kennedy Travel Management is looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join their team. The role involves providing expert travel advice to clients across various industries, from media and TV to manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Travelport, and be comfortable managing a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on all aspects of business travel arrangements.

• Handle ticketing, reissues, and GDS fares, with an emphasis on Travelport.

• Work with a range of clients, adapting communication to different industry needs.

• Maintain high standards of client service and support.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of business travel and GDS systems (preferably Travelport).

• Experience in fares, ticketing, and reissues.

• Effective communication with clients across various sectors.

• Ability to work in a hybrid or full-time office-based environment.
