TAG is a global leader in high-touch, personalized travel and event management services for elite clients, including celebrities, C-suite executives, and award-winning productions. Their mission is to simplify the complexities of travel and ensure every client arrives prepared and confident. The organization is seeking a remote TAG24 Specialist to support its rapidly growing TAG24 department in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
As a TAG24 Specialist, your role will be multifaceted and collaborative, requiring interaction with international teams to support key initiatives and deliver proactive travel solutions. You will be responsible for efficiently managing travel bookings including air, hotel, rail, and other services, while ensuring each reservation aligns with the client’s unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all TAG24 travel service requests and reservations, handling complex itineraries and reissues.
Make necessary pre-booked travel changes as per client instructions.
Negotiate supplier rates to achieve cost savings for clients and profitability for the company.
Provide timely responses to urgent travel requests with accurate, client-aligned details.
Maintain meticulous records in TAG systems and deliver detailed handovers to ensure service continuity.
Adhere to Quality Control procedures and ensure all PNRs in Galileo are correct and complete.
Support administrative tasks, respond to accounting inquiries, and help resolve service issues.
Promote and support TAG’s Preferred Supplier Programme, logging any perks or gifts received.
Participate in relevant training, supplier events, and presentations to stay informed about industry developments.
Share any cross-divisional business opportunities within TAG’s global operational divisions.
Qualifications:
Degree in Travel & Tourism or equivalent related field preferred.
Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Strong background in travel management, ideally in high-pressure or emergency settings.
Extensive proficiency in GDS systems, particularly Galileo.
