This role is part of the UK Retail sector and is focused on designing and placing liability insurance programs that align with clients’ objectives while fostering strong relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders.
As a Casualty Broker, you will play a key role in both leading and supporting insurance programme design, contributing to placement strategies, and ensuring exceptional client service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and contributing to insurance programme design and placement strategy.
Managing relationships with clients, prospects, insurers, and internal teams.
Advising on market outlook and communicating recommended broking strategies.
Supporting placement-related queries and resolving insurer-related issues.
Monitoring submission quality and recommending improvements for better placement outcomes.
Providing guidance on insurer options and proactively suggesting enhanced solutions.
