Onebright is seeking BABCP Accredited CBT Therapists to join its Independent Practitioner Network in Exeter, offering the opportunity to become part of a dynamic and growing community of evidence-based mental health professionals. As an Independent Practitioner with Onebright, you will receive regular referrals, access to continuous professional development (CPD), and the chance to be part of a pioneering model of mental health support. Therapists deliver therapy via phone, secure video conferencing, and face-to-face sessions, ensuring maximum flexibility for both clients and practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality CBT therapy (CYP and/or Adult), remotely or in-person.

• Provide therapeutic support in the neurodevelopmental space.

• Build and maintain a consistent caseload of long-term private clients.

• Maintain clinical autonomy while working within Onebright’s supportive framework.

• Participate in industry-leading CPD opportunities to enhance skills and expertise.
