Description:
This is a unique opportunity to work on high-value, complex and politically sensitive military injury claims, acting for current and former service personnel. The role will involve claims against the Ministry of Defence, applications and appeals under the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS), and related pension matters.
You’ll work across cases involving defective equipment, cold injuries, noise-induced hearing loss, training accidents, bullying and harassment. The team is passionate about achieving justice for service personnel and their families, and they’re looking for someone with that same drive and empathy.
Ideal for a lawyer with 3 to 5 years’ PQE, particularly those with military claims experience or strong civil litigation skills and a genuine interest in this specialist field.
