Clinical Negligence Solicitor

An award-winning Top 100 law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing Clinical Negligence department. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven legal professional to manage a diverse caseload from inception through to trial. The firm provides specialist, high-quality legal services to both individual and corporate clients across the UK.

The role involves investigating and litigating multi-track Clinical Negligence claims, including complex matters such as birth injury or maternity cases. The successful candidate will be expected to progress files efficiently and meet performance targets (KPIs). While supervision experience is desirable, it is not essential. The firm values attention to detail, strong legal acumen, and excellent client care skills.

You will be part of a collaborative team of experts who are passionate about Clinical Negligence law and client advocacy.

Key Requirements:

• Experience handling a Clinical Negligence caseload independently

• Litigation knowledge and familiarity with the Damages Claims Portal

• Ability to manage priorities and a varied caseload

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Client-focused approach
