How You'll Make An Impact
 

• Assist with progressing claims towards resolution promptly and economically.
• Understand SLA's and KPI of the department and various TPA's and ensure adherence to these standards. Ensure service levels are met.
• Understand / review of Policy coverage.
• Assist with updates from Panel solicitors as required.
• Ensure consistent application of the insurer clients' claims and reserving philosophy, so that claims are dealt with fairly and costs properly controlled.
• Provide excellent service at all times helping to contribute to Caytons Claims being a market leading TPA claims function.
• Where possible engage in continuous self-development.
• Be responsible for the quality and integrity of the MI
   

About You
 

• GCSE / A-Level standard / Insurance qualifications desirable
• Be customer/client focussed
• PC literate - Word / Excel / Outlook etc, core IT system use.
• Planning, organising, negotiating and decision making skills.
• Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Able to produce work of an accurate high standard even when working under tight timescales/competing work pressures
• IT literate and effective file management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
