Claims Handler

Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Motor Claims Handler to join our dedicated team, playing an important part in our Commercial customer claims journey.

Maintaining client relationships is a key part of our operation, and we are happy to support handlers who wish to attend meetings and develop that aspect of their role.

How You'll Make An Impact
 

• Manage a portfolio of motor damage and credit hire claims from first notification to settlement.
• Make decisions on quantum and liability.
• Liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including; Clients, Brokers, Suppliers, Claimants and their representatives.
• Communicate through multiple channels, including phone and email.
   

About You
 

• Basic understanding of proactive claims handling and insurance principles.
• Experience of handling motor damage and credit hire claims.
• Good customer service and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and progress into Personal Injury claims handling.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
