• Ensure safe delivery of first class care.
• Lead and participate in service development projects.
• Provide professional leadership and your specialty team.
• Ensure the medical workforce is managed.
• Lead and participate in education, research and training projects.
• Take responsibility for clinical governance and patient safety.
• Monitor relevant KPIs to the Adult service.
• Work with the executive to manage resources and budgets.
• Collaborate and contribute to the executive team.
• Take on clinical duties and responsibilities (negotiable).
