This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to showcase their expertise in authentic Indian cuisine and create exceptional dishes that embody traditional flavours and techniques.

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, consistency, and a deep understanding of regional Indian spices and cooking styles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of authentic Indian curries with precision and consistency.

• Develop rich, flavourful gravies, sauces, and marinades using traditional methods and ingredients.

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

• Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including preparation, storage, and stock rotation.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service and timely delivery of dishes.

• Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards in accordance with UK regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience as a Curry Chef in Indian or South Asian restaurants.

• Strong knowledge of traditional Indian spices, flavour balancing, and regional recipes.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and consistency in taste and presentation.

• Must be currently UK-based (applications from within the UK only).
