You will be joining a high-profile main contractor based in Birmingham operating in the water industry. Due to continued success and significant growth, they are looking to onboard a Commercial Manager to lead their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively managing operational efficiency and change, identifying areas for improvement.
• Supporting with framework and bid submission packs.
• Assessing and reporting on commercial aspects of project performance.
• Ensuring monthly commercial reports are accurately completed.
• Managing relationships with both internal and external project stakeholders.
• Efficiently managing costs and budgets.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 forms of contract.
• Proven experience in managing Quantity Surveyors and/or Senior Quantity Surveyors.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Professional membership (e.g., RICS, ICE).
• Full UK driving licence.
