Consulting Delivery Associate

Description:

Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB), a global leader in workplace health and benefits, is seeking a talented individual to join their Consulting Delivery team based in Bristol. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office and offers the opportunity to work with a world-leading professional services company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the consulting team by gathering, organizing, entering, and analyzing data for client projects.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent client service.

• Handle client and member queries both verbally and in writing, adhering to service level agreements.

• Champion continuous improvement within the team and location.

• Develop and maintain relevant technical and market knowledge.

• Quality check work completed by junior colleagues.

• Attend client meetings as needed.

• Act as a training and technical referral for colleagues.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Administrative experience in a professional services environment, preferably Employee Benefits, Financial Services, or Healthcare.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Comfortable working with numbers.

• Strong planning, organization, and deadline management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, building rapport with clients and colleagues.

Desirable (Makes You Stand Out):

• Experience in Group Risk (Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance, Critical Illness) or Healthcare.

• Insurance-related experience.
