Are you a digital expert always looking for optimisation possibilities? Are you an investments and/or pensions specialist keen to expand your skillset? If ‘yes’, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Sitting within the Public Websites Team, you’ll be part of the fast-paced Customer Experience team that delivers incredible and effortless experiences and journeys for our customers across every touch point on our storefront, Aviva.co.uk. Pages are created, managed and optimised through the content management system (AEM) Adobe Experience Manager.

You'll be the voice of the customer and put them at the heart of everything you do, so you'll need to be passionate about customer experience and continuous improvement. You’ll also need to consider the brand and commercial impacts in everything you do.

A bit about the job:

Through Agile methods and working collaboratively with GTM (Go-To-Market) teams, the position holder will identify opportunities to digitise, improve and create new experiences and drive the delivery of a prioritised backlog while balancing the needs of the business and managing your workload effectively.

You’ll set the strategic direction and provide leadership to create a market leading digital experience and managing the delivery from vision and inception, right through to post-live validation and monitoring. You’ll also be happy to roll up your sleeves up and tackle something hands-on.

The successful individual will monitor customer journeys and trading performance utilising tools such as Adobe Analytics, Decibel and other available customer metrics including journey mapping methodologies to capture all aspects (positive and negative) of the end-to-end customer journey.

Working daily in our approvals system, you’ll circulate work flows ensuring all web pages are compliant and approved on time. A key enabler to this will be harnessing strong relationships with the risk and approvals teams.

You’ll work with technical experts in our SEO team to increase site traffic by improving our ranking and visibility scores, in addition to working with our Digital Optimisation team to deploy testing to improve the overall online experience for our customers.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of Investment and/or Pensions products will be essential
  • Proven experience of working across Digital journeys
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, partnered with a proven track record of solving problems, being super organised, and juggling multiple deliveries at pace and to tight deadlines

Ability to harness strong relationships across departments, working with a broad range of stakeholders and colleagues every day
