Power Platform Developer

Description:

Onebright, a trusted name in mental healthcare for over 30 years, is seeking a Power Platform Developer to lead the design, delivery, and governance of tactical business applications across clinical, finance, operations, and commercial teams. This is a hybrid role based in York, offering a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

As a Power Platform Specialist, you will create efficient low-code solutions that improve operational workflows. This role requires strong technical acumen in PowerApps, Power Automate, and SQL, along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting the full application lifecycle from ideation to deployment and retirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Power Platform solutions including Canvas and Model-driven apps

• Automate workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows)

• Integrate apps with platforms such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, and Jotform

• Write and manage SQL queries and data models

• Assess, refactor, and govern the lifecycle of internal apps

• Partner with non-technical stakeholders across departments

• Promote best practices and governance in application development

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise with Power Platform (PowerApps & Power Automate)

• Advanced SQL and data integration experience

• Ability to build both rapid MVPs and enterprise-grade tools

• Excellent documentation and communication skills

• Experience working in Agile delivery teams
