SmartSourcing is supporting a client seeking experienced 360 Digital Talent Partners to lead high-priority recruitment across technology, AI, data, cyber, product and digital delivery.
You will bring:
✅ Broad technical and digital recruitment experience
✅ Strong direct sourcing and search strategy expertise
✅ Knowledge of developer markets, tech stacks and front/back-end skillsets
✅ Confidence advising senior leaders on realistic routes to market
✅ Experience leading complex campaigns and building specialist talent pipelines
✅ Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing/ATS experience
