Help neurodivergent adults across London find adult learning and employment support that suits their goals and needs.

London Autism Group Charity is recruiting for Neurodivergent Pathways London, funded by the Greater London Authority through the Skills for Londoners Community Outreach Programme.

You’ll build relationships through community outreach, listen to people’s goals, help them explore suitable opportunities and support referrals, with backing from our wider team.

We’re looking for someone with experience supporting adults through community work, advice, education, employment support or comparable paid or voluntary work, and a strong understanding of autism and other neurodivergent identities. A degree is not required.

• Home working with regular outreach and meetings across London
• £25 per hour, payable against monthly invoices
• 15 hours per week
