A major organisation is seeking an accomplished Regional Director to lead multi-site operations, strengthen commercial performance and deliver sustainable growth across the South East.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute the regional business strategy.
- Lead regional managers and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Oversee budgets, profitability, operational performance and service delivery.
- Identify expansion opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Report regional performance, risks and growth priorities to the executive team.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven Regional Director, Operations Director or equivalent leadership experience.
- Strong P&L management and commercial decision-making capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple locations, teams and performance targets.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and people leadership skills.
