Director New Business Development

 

Description:

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial officer, you will leverage your knowledge of ALSP or legal tech sales, established client relationships, and strong commercial instincts to position our client as the go-to partner for scalable legal solutions.

  • Driving €2M+ of new business per year through outbound BD and pipeline management
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting senior legal executives.
  • Selling high-value legal process solutions into major organisations
  • Leading long, complex sales cycles with senior legal stakeholders
  • Owning deals end-to-end – prospect to close
  • Building and managing key relationships with c-suite executives, senior partners, general counsels and other stakeholders

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Ideally 10+ years of legal or professional services sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals regularly (c€2Million annually)
  • A strong network and credibility with GCs, legal ops, and procurement teams in your core market
  • Experience selling legal tech, ALSP, DSAR, Contracting solutions or e-discovery solutions
