Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service consistently to all customers.

• Collaborate closely with Optometrists to ensure smooth and consistent handovers to customers.

• Manage aftersales service with a positive, customer-focused attitude.

• Contribute to individual and team sales targets through professional sales techniques.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified and General Optical Council (GOC) registered Dispensing Optician.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer care.

• Eager to grow professionally and personally within the Specsavers team.

• Shares the ethos and values of the store and is motivated to contribute to its success.

Additional Information:

• Full-time and part-time positions available.

• Part-time candidates with availability on Wednesday and Saturday are preferred.
