Field Service Engineer

Description:

Dräger, a global leader in medical and safety technology, is seeking Field Service Engineers to provide high-quality service assistance across its product range. This role offers the opportunity to work on pioneering devices, software, and solutions that protect and save lives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Perform scheduled maintenance visits and corrective repairs.
🛠 Carry out warranty repairs, installation, and commissioning.
🔍 Implement technical corrective actions and ensure quality feedback to the Service Management Team.
📊 Track and report installed base accuracy to the Service Support Team.
🤝 Support sales and marketing for exhibitions, workshops, and product demonstrations.
📈 Assist the Lifecycle Sales Team in developing contracts and achieving business goals.
🚗 Maintain company tools and assets in line with company guidelines.

Shared Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
✅ Promote and maintain safe working conditions for all employees, visitors, and contractors.
✅ Uphold Dräger’s WeLEAD competencies, including building trust, enabling others, and delivering results.

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Education: Degree (preferred) in Electronics, Electrical, or Computing Studies with 3-5 years of experience.
🩺 Experience: Proven expertise in capital equipment & systems, ideally medical devices.
💡 Skills & Competencies:

• Strong customer care and relationship management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet demanding deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• IT proficiency and ability to handle relevant software.
• Eligibility for CCNSG and VRCT registration or similar professional body.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and a true ambassador for Dräger.
