Description:
AXA Partners is looking for a motivated Finance Analyst to join their International Portfolio Reporting Team in Redhill. This hybrid role involves supporting the revenue and technical accounting of around 300 contracts, focusing on Travel and Car Hire Excess products across the UK, Ireland, and the EU. The role includes dealing with multiple currencies, reinsurance programs, and fronting agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthly premium reconciliation, claims rebilling, and calculate commission, fronting fees, and profit share
Reconcile and submit Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) data for multiple EU markets
Generate accruals, deferrals, and audit lead schedules
Handle reinsurance accounting, including preparation of cession statements
Produce and update management information packs for decision-making
Prepare and submit balance sheet and P&L accounts to the group
Ensure accurate and timely technical balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in budget and rolling forecast preparation
Qualifications & Skills:
Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude with a desire to progress within the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commercial mindset with strategic thinking ability
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
