Job Description

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a well-established financial planning firm in Oxfordshire. This role is predominantly focused on servicing an existing client portfolio, with no targets for new business generation.

The primary purpose of the role is to deliver a first-class, professional advice service to an allocated client group, ensuring that review meetings are conducted in line with agreed timescales and that all ongoing and ad-hoc client needs are met efficiently and compliantly.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and will take full ownership of all tasks and client responsibilities assigned to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing regulated financial advice to an allocated client portfolio.
• Conduct regular client review meetings, ensuring all reviews are documented and client records maintained accurately.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through professional and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure fact-finds are completed, updated, and maintained for all clients.
• Gather and analyse accurate client information to prepare recommendations and reports.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure all client tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
• Manage and oversee adviser support resources, including analysts and administrators, providing guidance and training where required.
• Ensure all client communications, verbal and written, are accurate, clear, and appropriately documented.
• Maintain awareness of all tasks within your workload to ensure service continuity.

Candidate Criteria

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent adviser qualification).
• Experience providing regulated financial advice within a client-facing role.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• High standards of professionalism, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial services systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
