An award-winning boutique IFA firm near Bishop's Stortford is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to take over an established portfolio of 150 clients with a total £35m AUM. This is a servicing-only role, allowing you to focus purely on providing high-quality financial advice without the pressure of generating new business.

The firm specializes in offering whole-of-market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners across Sussex, Kent, and London. Their services include:
✔ Pensions & investments
✔ Tax planning & cashflow modelling
✔ Retirement planning & protections
✔ VCT & EIS schemes (esoteric investments)

With strong client retention and a well-established solicitor referral network, the firm places exceptional customer service above AUM targets. The role will free up another adviser to focus on business development while you concentrate on maintaining and enhancing client relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

📌 Independent wealth planning background (Chartered or working towards it)
📌 Restricted advice background may also be considered
📌 Knowledge of Intelligent Office, Cashcalc, or FE Analytics is a plus
📌 Strong client relationship management skills
