This Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry job requires relocation to Western Australia, Australia.

Job scope

• Working within and leading the MDT you will provide a Community Older Persons Service across the region including supportive secondary consultation and liaison to the regional hospital Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Team.

• You will promote the organisational culture and principles of person-centred, trauma informed and recovery focused service delivery.

• Acting as senior liaison to colleagues in other specialties, NGOs, GPs, other providers, hospitals etc.

• Participating in quality and safety improvement projects.

• Education and mentoring doctors in training as well as students.
