We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Growth to lead all growth initiatives, including performance marketing, CRM, affiliates, SEO, and more. Reporting directly to the COO, this role will be pivotal in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This is an exciting career opportunity with the potential to own the company’s growth strategy and ascend to a C-suite position.

Key Responsibilities:

📢 Growth Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies tailored to a female audience, leveraging CRM, SEO, performance marketing, and affiliate marketing.
💡 Customer Retention & Payback Period Optimization: Enhance loyalty, repeat purchases, and acquisition efficiency relative to customer lifetime value (LTV).
📈 Performance Marketing & Scaling: Oversee and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, growing monthly ad spend to seven figures.
👥 Team Leadership & Expansion: Lead and mentor a team of growth professionals, with plans to expand to 10+ team members within the next year.
🚀 New Channel Expansion: Identify and launch new marketing channels after establishing best practices across all growth functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Industry Expertise: 7-10 years of experience in growth-focused roles, with a strong background in fashion (preferably affordable fashion).
✅ Paid Media Mastery: Proven track record in scaling performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
✅ Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable growth strategies.
✅ Leadership & Execution: Experience in leading and scaling teams, with a hands-on approach to execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 £100000 - £115000 per annum
📍 Work from London or Istanbul (4-5 days in-person per week)
