Insurance Client Advisor

Description:

Marsh McLennan, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor, is seeking a motivated Client Advisor to join Marsh Commercial at their Enterprise Centre of Excellence in Worcester. This hybrid role requires a minimum of four days per week in the office, offering the opportunity to work with a dedicated portfolio of clients and deliver exceptional service across a wide range of commercial insurance products.

The role is ideal for candidates with insurance experience (personal lines or commercial), and it offers full induction training and the opportunity to pursue chartered insurance qualifications. The Client Advisor will be responsible for managing renewals, invoicing, generating quotes, and supporting clients with queries, while also engaging in cross-selling and upselling additional products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality client service and account management in line with service standards.

• Manage client renewals, invoicing, and quotations effectively.

• Handle queries, identify client needs, and provide tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with insurer partners to enhance client service delivery.

• Support colleagues in business-critical tasks with adaptability and teamwork.

• Stay updated on insurance products, classes, and industry developments through training.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in insurance (personal lines or commercial).

• Strong literacy, numeracy, and administrative skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
