STRIDE Yorkshire is a dedicated organization committed to empowering neurodivergent adults to thrive both in their careers and in life. The organization focuses on providing tailored support that enables individuals to develop confidence, enhance productivity, and sustain their wellbeing.

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Job Coach to work closely with a self-employed neurodivergent individual, helping them grow their business, establish effective structures, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The role is highly person-centered and requires a deep understanding of the challenges and strengths of neurodivergent individuals, especially those with Autism and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the client in creating and maintaining a structured daily routine and managing priorities effectively.

• Support communication with clients, collaborators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Introduce practical tools and strategies to enhance focus, productivity, and organization.

• Provide coaching on stress management, emotional regulation, and burnout prevention techniques.

• Encourage goal setting, track progress, and celebrate milestones to promote motivation and confidence.

• Utilize digital planning tools (such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar) where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, or other neurodivergent profiles.

• Strong strengths-based coaching approach, patience, and empathy.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to help others implement effective systems.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Desirable: Familiarity with digital task management tools like Monday.com or Asana.

Contract Details:

• Type: Fixed-term contract (6 months) with the possibility of extension.

• Pay: £17 per hour.

• Location: York, England (On-site).
