Description:

STRIDE Yorkshire empowers neurodivergent adults to thrive at work and in life. They are seeking a compassionate Job Coach to support a self-employed neurodivergent individual in growing their business, building structure, and sustaining wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help structure daily routines and manage priorities

• Support communication with clients and collaborators

• Introduce tools and strategies to boost focus and productivity

• Coach on stress management, emotional regulation, and avoiding burnout

• Encourage goal-setting and celebrate successes

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Experience supporting neurodivergent profiles (Autism, ADHD, etc.)

• Strengths-based coaching skills and patience

• Strong organizational skills

Desirable:

• Knowledge of digital planning tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)

Contract Details:

• 6-month fixed-term contract, with possibility of extension

• Pay: £17 per hour
