URGENT: Projects Director | London 

We’re recruiting immediately for a Projects Director at one of London’s most incredible scenic design & build facilities, and the client wants to move fast.

Everything is made in-house, under one roof: carpentry, metalwork, scenic art, sculpting, CNC and 3D printing. The work spans theatre, live events, exhibitions, themed attractions and brand activations, from smaller builds to multi-million-pound projects.

The brief:
✅ Own delivery: on time, on budget, at the margin quoted
✅ Lead and develop a team of six project managers
✅ Join the Senior Leadership Team alongside the Technical, Production, Client Services and Internal Operations Directors
✅ Be the point of accountability to clients and directors alike

You’re likely:
- A senior PM or Head of Projects from scenic, fabrication, exhibition, live event or other build-led environments
- Commercially sharp, with real experience of budgets, margins and risk
- A confident leader who stays calm and decisive when deadlines are tight
