Description:

Join a globally admired premium fashion sport brand as a Lead Ecommerce Analyst, and play a critical role in optimizing digital performance across trading, marketing, and product teams. This position, based in North London with hybrid working (3 days onsite), is part of a high-performing digital team accelerating international e-commerce growth.

In this commercially driven role, you’ll report to the Head of E-commerce and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sharpen conversion strategies, influence promotions, and fuel strategic growth through actionable insights. A strong retail background and experience in trading analytics are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive data-led decision-making across e-commerce trading and digital marketing

  • Analyze performance metrics such as CVR, AOV, ROAS, and margin

  • Use GA4 and Looker for data visualization and insight delivery

  • Support pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies

  • Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to align insights with business goals

  • Contribute to shaping international growth through actionable analytics

  • Leverage SQL and BigQuery to extract and manipulate large data sets (desirable)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in e-commerce/retail analytics

  • Deep understanding of trading KPIs and CRO methodology

  • Proficient in GA4, Looker, and ideally SQL/BigQuery

  • Commercial acumen with an ability to link data to business strategy

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
