Marketplace Specialist

Description:

As a Marketplace Specialist, you will lead the expansion strategy and be responsible for the set-up, day-to-day management and overall performance of marketplace channels including but not limited to; ebay, Temu, B&Q, Tesco and The Range. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing the brand's presence on these channels, driving sales, maximising conversion and visibility and optimising service levels.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Develop strategies to drive sales growth, improve conversions and AOV
• Analyse sales performance metrics and KPIs across the different channels
• Implement targeted campaigns and promotions to increase sales
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Lead the product listing process, ensuring products are kept up-to-date and accurate

To be considered you must:

• Have previous experience within a similar role, ideally a minimum of 3 years experience
• Have previous experience operating ebay accounts and other marketplace channels
• Have strong working knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to analyse data
• Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
