Description:

A full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Team Leader based in Middlesbrough. The Mechanical Team Leader will manage a team of mechanical professionals, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to maintain a high standard of work throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the mechanical team, ensuring effective task delegation and timely project completion.

• Coordinate schedules and monitor the progress of mechanical projects.

• Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to team members.

• Liaise with clients, providing project updates and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Project Management and Leadership experience, including supervising teams and coordinating projects.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
