Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Private Client Account Handler on behalf of a well-established Insurance Agency in London. This role focuses on providing premium insurance services to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), specializing in high-value home and motor insurance policies.

The position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to manage and develop strong client relationships while ensuring their insurance requirements are met with precision and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with High Net-Worth clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters.

• Provide tailored insurance advice and solutions based on individual client needs.

• Manage policy enquiries, amendments, and renewals with accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure proper documentation, endorsements, and certificates of insurance are maintained.

• Analyze client risk profiles to identify potential gaps and recommend enhanced coverage solutions.

• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience handling High Net-Worth client accounts in insurance (Brokerage or Underwriting).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing insurance policies and documentation.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Acturis Insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary between £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (£2,916 – £3,333 per month).
