Product Owner

Description:

Allianz UK is recruiting a Pricing Technology Product Owner to join their Commercial Transformation project. This role is responsible for designing and creating the Pricing Ecosystem, delivering the end-to-end global and local vision for commercial lines pricing. The position is hybrid, based in Croydon, with collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and shape the UK transformation roadmap from a Commercial Lines Pricing perspective.

• Ensure solutions developed are market-leading using business knowledge and market insight.

• Act as a member of the UK Transformation Leadership team with accountability for the end state.

• Serve as key decision maker and escalation point for all business issues involving pricing and data.

• Represent pricing needs to delivery teams as Product Owner for the Commercial Pricing Technology squad.

• Liaise with stakeholders across the organisation at all levels, including BAU Pricing and Underwriting leadership.

• Work closely with Data, Claims, Operations, IT, and Underwriting teams to manage requirements and interdependencies.

Essential Skills:

• Extensive commercial insurance pricing experience, particularly with Radar.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional change initiatives.

• Ability to drive business, culture, and technology change.

• Strong data, numerical, and digital development skills.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex issues clearly.

• Results-oriented, pragmatic, and positive working style.
